The manual was developed by the CAC Fruit Quality and Food Safety Task Force consisting of growers, packers, pest control advisors, and grove managers who dedicated countless hours to the task. It is intended to help you, the grower of California avocados, deliver the highest quality fruit and the safest product available, so that as an industry we can maintain California's position as a leader in the U.S. market.
